"The Flow Series No. 1: CREATING The Flow"

This piece is part of my new series, "The Flow" and is about flows within us. In all of us, there are the flows of thoughts/emotions/energy/consciousness. But how many of us can really feel all these flows and manage them beautifully? A lot of us are so used to just reacting to outside factors/situations(our work, problems, partners, families, friends, neighbors, culture, society...etc.) unconsciously/compulsively. As a result, outside of us control or heavily affect our thoughts/emotions/energy.. But, let us remind that we were all born to be able to creat them in a way we want through our consciousness and that is the very privilege only we humans have. As long as we are conscious enough, every second is a new possibility and chance to "choose" our thoughts and emotions instead of just reacting. And the energy will be created accordingly.

So, thhis piece was created while I was deeply conscious of all these flows on multi-levels and "creating" my own beautifully aligned& unified flow within me, with that awareness.

May all of us be creators of the flows, the creators we have always been meant to be.🙏

우리 안에는 여러가지 흐름들이 끊임없이 흘러가고 있습니다. 생각들의 흐름, 감정의 흐름, 에너지의 흐름, 의식의 흐름이 그 흐름들인데요. 그런데 얼마나 많은 사람들이 실제로 이 흐름들을 느끼고, "주체적으로", 아름답게 흘러가게 "만들며" 살고 있을까요?

대부분의 사람들은 외부상황들에, 강박적으로 혹은 무의식적으로 반응하며, 생각들과 감정들, 에너지들을 파생시키며 살고있죠.. 좋은 일이 있으면, 기분이 좋고, 나쁜 일이 있으면 금새 기분이 나쁘죠.. 상황이 좋으면 마음이 편안하고, 상황이 나쁘면 마음이 금새 불안해지죠? 😅그런데 우리 인간들만이 가지고 있는 아주 특별한 능력은 우리는 우리의 "의식"을 통해 "매순간" 우리의 생각과 감정을 "선택" 할 수 있다는 것입니다. 에너지는 생각과 감정이 어떠냐에 따라서 자연스럽게 만들어지구요. 따라서 매순간이 사실은 우리스스가 선택할 수 있는 기회가 되는 거겠죠?

제 이 그림은 이런 제 의식들에서 만들어진 그림입니다. 제 안의 모든 생각/감정/에너지의 흐름들을 깊이 의식하면서, 그 흐름들을 재배열/통합하여 하나의 아름다운 흐름으로 만드는 과정을 시각화해 보았습니다. 우리 "모두" 가 가지고 있는 이 소중하고 특별한" 의식"을 통해 우리 모두가 이 흐름들을 "만들어 낼 수있는" 진정한 creators가 되길 기원해봅니다. 🙏
